Our placement managers personally meet with all candidates – we do not register candidates via the Internet, mail, or phone. We get to know every candidate. An extensive interview/application process allows us to thoroughly evaluate an applicant's performance with prior employers, resulting in long-term employees who are responsible, trustworthy, caring and qualified.

Our nannies often have college experience and/or a degree. They also have CPR and first aid certificates or are willing to obtain them prior to starting with your family.

The result of our uncompromising high standards? Fewer than 5% of all applicants to our agency are selected to interview with our clients for nanny, housekeeper or other household positions, demonstrating our mission to refer only the most qualified and dedicated professionals to serve your household. Our clients often tell us they genuinely appreciate that we listen to their concerns and, as a result, send them candidates with the qualities, personalities and experience they are looking for. We know you lead busy lives, so we make every effort to do things right the first time. We never waste your time by sending you unqualified candidates.

Exceptional service:

Our office is comprised of highly trained and courteous placement managers with proven track records of uniting dedicated candidates with wonderful families. We do not charge families an upfront fee to use our services--all fees are paid once a candidate is hired.

We realize the process can be overwhelming and offer three different types of consultations: telephone conference, office visit and in-home consultation. And we are open evening hours throughout the week and half-days on Saturdays to better serve you.

Ongoing support :

We consistently do what the other agencies only promise; we remain committed to making sure the placement is long-term by providing ongoing counseling and support for your family and new employee.A sampling of some of the ongoing employer/employee support services we provide are as follows:

  • Conflict resolution
  • Communication/management advice
  • Assistance with salary/bonus review
  • Information about applicable tax, labor laws and put you in direct contact with our payroll specialist
  • Providing ongoing education and training or resources
  • Lastly, we occasionally check in with both of you to answer any questions or concerns or sometimes just to say hello
A 180-day guarantee period:

We do everything possible to help make certain this will be a long-term placement. If, however, for any reason the situation is not working out, we begin the search all over again and find the right fit for you and your family at no charge.

Complimentary membership in our sitting and emergency back-up service:

Any family that hires a nanny or other domestic employee on a permanent basis through Wee Care receives a complimentary membership in our temporary and emergency back-up service, Wee Care Sitters.

The $199 annual membership is waived for the duration of the permanent hire. When requesting on-call coverage, you only pay the temporary provider and a reduced booking fee. And your first booking fee is with our compliments.
