Upon receipt of your application a placement manager will call you so we can learn more about who you are and what you're looking for in a nanny or other household help.
The search for the right candidate:
We compare your requests with the experience, interests and personalities of our candidates to find several compatible matches.
We talk to you about their backgrounds and experience, and then forward you bios of qualified candidates for your consideration. Upon your review we will coordinate interviews with the candidates of your choice
After the interviewing process, we’ll send you all work references
for any candidate in whom you are seriously interested.
We will have already verified and checked these references, but we feel it’s important for you to chat with them as well. You’ll be free to call these references at your convenience.
No-obligation trial week:
We arrange for the candidate to work for you for a paid trial week to make certain this is the right person for your job.
Hiring a candidate:
Congratulations! You’ve found a candidate that you and your family are happy with. We’ll forward you a family/candidate worker agreement. This form clearly defines all aspects of the job and minimizes any confusion about what’s expected for the position.
We’ll also help you set a fair salary for your new employee. Your employee’s salary should be based on professional experience, educational background, requirements of the position and current market rates.
Once you’ve welcomed your new employee aboard, your placement manager will always be available to make sure the relationship runs smoothly for both parties and will frequently check in with you and the employee to make sure everything continues to go well.
