Special-Event Child Care
Are child-care difficulties preventing loved ones from committing to your
special event? If you’ve invited family and friends to town for a
wedding, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, confirmation, graduation party or any other
celebration, we can help.
Whether you need care for just one child or a group, an infant or a tween,
for a night or over the course of a weekend, our fun and experienced nannies
will keep your guests’ children comfortable and entertained during
your event.
Our nannies can baby-sit in a private home, in a hotel or at a catering
hall--whatever works best for you and your guests. Everyone will appreciate
your thoughtfulness and will have a better time at your celebration knowing
their children are well cared for.
How it Works
If you’re an annual member of Wee Care Sitters ($199 for the year),
you’re entitled to special benefits:

Book an event nanny for a daily fee of $18, or $25
if care is needed for more than four hours. There’s an extra
$10 fee for holidays, as well as an additional $10 fee if care is
needed on an emergency basis.

Priority status over nonmembers, which can be especially
valuable during busy times of the year.

Access to our after-hours emergency cell-phone number,
which is answered from 7 am to 9 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 6 pm on
weekends.

Reduced rate on daily booking fee for all temporary
providers including- nannies, sitters, companions, party servers,
and cleaners
Nonmembers may book an event nanny for a daily booking fee of $45.
All fees are in addition to the babysitter’s hourly rate.
