Marc Lenes and Mellisa Peckham founded Wee Care Nanny Agency in 2001 with the intent of bringing together exceptional nannies with discerning families. Our agency has served – and continues to serve – some of the region’s finest homes. We enjoy an unparalleled reputation for excellence because our philosophy is simple: Only place nannies and other staff that we would entrust with our own families.
Back in 2001, we provided nannies and housekeepers exclusively. Throughout the years we repeatedly heard from clients who were delighted with the individualized service we offered and the dedicated, experienced help we placed with them. Many of these clients asked if we could apply the same exacting standards and attention to detail to find them a personal assistant, domestic couple, chauffeur or other household staff. We were glad to oblige.
Today, Wee Care Nanny Agency is proud to operate as a full-service household-staffing full-service household-staffing agency, placing truly extraordinary employees with discerning clients throughout the Northeast. Wee Care is a member in good standing of the International Nanny Association (INA) and served on the board of the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA).
Marc Lenes serves on the Hispanic Advisory Council of Greater Stamford which brings together representatives of non-profit organizations, businesses, and individuals providing resources and services to the community.
Marc Lenes and Mellisa Peckham are members of the Bedford Village Chowder and Marching Club-a community group raising funds for youth-based programs. Established in 1956, the Club’s fund-raising efforts help provide support for arts programs, club and school sports, scouts, athletics, youth outreach, scholarship and community service.
