The interesting part is that I'm not sure I fully understood how incredible Wee Care Nanny Agency was until I experienced another agency during my nanny hunting. Unlike Wee Care, they took a very long time to send anyone. I had two cancellations and one no-show candidate. The follow up was terrible and they charged me an application fee despite doing absolutely nothing for me. I was really happy with the service Carol provided. She did a great job at explaining how the agency works and was able to find our nanny in record time for me. I was working with a short time frame and she was exactly what I needed and fit that criteria that Carol was given. I feel she listened really well to what I was looking for in a candidate. When we suddenly needed to replace our long-time nanny, we quickly realized that we did not have the stomach to hire someone directly and needed the comfort of an agency that would thoroughly screen candidates before we met them.
